Our
Annual Service provide for the following...
-Unlimited
telephone technical support. We
will troubleshoot problems with the program over the telephone at no additional
charge.
-Unlimited amount
of time for us to fix your files if there is a bug. This means if you discover a bug or problem in the system, we
will take your files and fix them at no additional cost to you.
-Web training. Extensive or
multiple training sessions (greater than 1 hour) can be charged for.
-Minor Customizations. Customizations
that will take less than 1 hour to complete (per request) are included at no
additional charge. However, we
reserve the right to charge for any customization.
The
service contract does NOT cover you for...
-Any onsite visits
that you may need/desire. If LAMBS
has to come to your facility, regardless of the reason, it will be an additional
cost.
-Major customizations to the program.
We reserve the right to charge for any customizations.
-Errors that are user or data related. Many
processes throughout the LAMBS program require a particular sequence of actions
or particular data in order to work correctly.
If problems are caused by functionality not being performed correctly or
with correct data, LAMBS reserves the right to bill additionally to fix those
problems.
If you choose not to renew your service contract at the
present time, you will always have the opportunity to renew it in the future.
We do raise our rates periodically, though, and the only way to keep your
current rate is to not let your coverage lapse.
